Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is unused

• The item is in its original packaging

• The item is in the same condition as received

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, pet grooming and personal care products may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
