Returns & Refunds

We want you (and your pet) to love your Zeenest™ order.

30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos (and/or a short video) showing the issue and packaging
We will replace the item or issue a refund as appropriate.

How to Start a Return
Email our support team with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we’ll send return instructions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank/card issuer.

Non‑Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used. This includes grooming items and personal-care pet accessories, unless they arrive defective.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non‑refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it may not be possible to cancel.
